Let the SPIRIT guide your life...
Let the SPIRIT guide your life...
The thief's purpose is to steal and kill and destroy; My purpose is to give them a rich and satisfying life.
"The message is very close at hand; it is on your lips and in your heart." And that message is the very message about the way that we teach:
If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by confessing with your mouth that you are saved. ...
For "Everyone who calls on the name of the LORD will be saved." ...
But not everyone welcomes the Good News, for Isaiah the prophet said, "LORD, who has believed our teaching?" So this is the way, hearing, that is, hearing the Good News about The Anointed One.

“I tell you the truth, unless you are born again, you cannot see the Kingdom of God.”
God sent his Son into the world not to judge the world, but to save the world through him.
"There is no judgment against anyone who surrenders to him.
But anyone who does not surrender to him has already been judged for rebelling against God's one and only Son.
And the judgment is based on this fact: God's truth came into the world, but people loved a lie more than the truth, for their thoughts and actions are warped.

So we say, let the Holy Spirit guide your lives. Then you won't be doing the warped things you naturally crave.
You naturally want to do what is warped und perverted, which is just the opposite of what the Spirit wants. And the Spirit gives us desires that are the opposite of what our warped nature desires.
These two forces are constantly fighting each other, so you are not free to carry out your good intentions. But when you are directed by the Spirit, you are not under obligation to laws of constraint.
When you follow the desires of your warped nature, the results are very clear: sexual immorality, impurity, lustful pleasures, idolatry, sorcery, hostility, quarreling, jealousy, outbursts of anger, selfish ambition, dissension, division, envy, drunkenness, wild parties, and other perverted actions like these.
Let us tell you again, as we have before, that anyone living that sort of life will not inherit the Kingdom of God.
But the One True Spirit produces this kind of action in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. There is no law needed against these things!
Those who who have surrendered to Jesus as their Lord have nailed the passions and desires of their warped and perverted nature to his cross and destroyed them there.
Since we are living by the Spirit, let us follow the Spirit's leading in every part of our lives.
